New Item Exchange or Refund

If you discover any faulty of our products in 30 days upon receipt, you can contact our customer service for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. If you discover any faulty of our products after 30 days, you can still contact our customer service for a replacement within one year of purchasing of the item. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. I recommend you to obtain the proof of postage in this case. Please note that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by okeygolf.com within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition. You may exchange for the same item or partial refund within 15 days after delivery.
